We want you to be happy with the items that you've purchased at Dollhouse.com. However, if you need to make a return, you are welcome to do so as long as it is within 30 days of your original purchase. Return items must be sent back in their original packaging, with store tags attached. Sorry, but we cannot take back personal items such as underwear, make-up and body jewelry. We will not be able to accept returns on swim wear purchases if the tags or hygienic strips have been removed. Please follow these steps for a quick and easy refund:
When returning footwear, shoes must be placed inside of the manufacturer’s shoebox, then inside of a separate shipping box. Do not write on the manufacturer’s shoebox, tape it closed, or use it as a shipping box. Footwear returns will not be accepted unless both the shoes and shoebox are undamaged.
- When shipping your items back to us, be sure to include your Dollhouse.com paperwork inside of the package. If you've misplaced your paperwork, you could send us a copy of your order confirmation email, or log on to your Dollhouse.com customer account here at the website and print out your order summary.
- Package up your return item and paperwork and ship it to us at:

- You're welcome to use any shipping company you'd like; return postage is the customer's responsiblity. We strongly recommend that you purchase insurance and tracking for your package. Sorry, but we cannot assist you with a lost or stolen return package unless you have purchased tracking and insurance for that package.
- Please allow up to two weeks for our Returns Department to process your return. Once we've processed your return, we'll send an email to let you know that the refund has been issued.
- Your refund will be issued back to the same credit or debit card that was used on your original purchase.

Exchanges
Dollhouse.com processes all return packages as refunds. We're sorry but we cannot accommodate exchanges. If you need a new size, new color, or new product, the best thing to do is place a new order with us and then send your item back for a refund.
